00:38And even I've talked about this with my wife, you know, we've been together for 14 years now, but I
00:45think we met each other at the right time.
00:48I think if I was any younger, I probably wouldn't have been ready to settle down.
00:54She, I only say this because she's openly said this, I met her during her drunkest year.
01:01Uh, and I think she maybe needed someone to kind of like ground her in that moment.
01:07Uh, so I, I do think timing is very important.
01:12Wow.
01:13I'm just picturing myself during my drunkest year meeting my husband and that too would have been really bad.
01:18So yeah, I agree.
01:20It's everything.
01:21And it's also like the timing, what's weird is then once you're in a relationship, the way things happen to
01:27each of you and the way it times out over the course of long term is really freaky.
01:31And you realize that things come into your lives and challenges show up so that you can cross certain thresholds
01:37and looking back on it, the timing always makes total sense.
01:40But in the moment you're like, this is weird.
01:42Why is this happening after this happening after this?
01:45Um, but yeah, we both had really tough schedules this year with our spouses and while it's happening, it certainly
01:51feels like a test.
01:52But then on the other side of it, we actually haven't talked about this, but once you come back together
01:56successfully and you like reintegrate into your lives, you're like, oh, that was, we grew.
02:00That was growth.
02:01Yeah.
02:02And, and your character, um, never had the time to find her own passion and her daughter says to her,
02:10find your passion.
02:11You need it.
02:12So how important is to find our passion and then once you find it, grab to it.
02:19Yeah, so important.
02:20And I mean, I think in some ways her daughter was her passion and I want to validate that as
02:25a passion, as a pursuit.
02:26I know a lot of moms who are like, this is my thing.
02:29Like, I didn't feel like I had found my sense of belonging, my purpose on this planet until parenthood.
02:37And now I feel like this is what I was put here to do.
02:39So I think Morgan feels that way.
02:41She was a parentified child herself.
02:43She helped raise her sister.
02:44So then when she became a mom, she was kind of like, great, this is what I can pour myself
02:49into.
02:50But I think for her daughter, it's maybe a relief to just have a sense that her mom has other
02:54things that are preoccupying her so that she can share some of the focus that she's putting on her daughter.
03:00The moms I know that are focused on motherhood primarily do a better job than Morgan does of diffusing that
03:07attention, because I think focusing the full force of her intellect, time, focus, attention on one daughter feels like a
03:15lot of pressure.
03:15And we see what that does to Clara in the movie.
03:18And Dave, there's a moment in the movie in which your character listened to the music of another time period.
03:27And he says, you can listen to a song and it takes you back then.
03:32If I say two becomes one.
03:35Oh, wow.

03:37That takes me back to a movie that I made earlier this year together.
