00:00Of course, my number one relationship, which is money, and it's trying to...
00:04Can't forget that one.
00:05Of course, don't forget my number one love.
00:16I had the craziest dream last night.
00:18It's still last night.
00:20In this season, all the characters have to grow up.
00:23I want to know why, in your opinion, it's so scary,
00:26and if for them it's more difficult because they are all eternal teenagers.
00:32Yeah.
00:33Okay, so yeah, eternal teenagers.
00:36Are we talking to Danny or are we talking to Brad?
00:39I think there is a certain amount of growing up in season four.
00:45It's also season four, so our show has already gone through some ups and downs,
00:49and each of our characters has gone through journeys.
00:52This season is about work-life balance,
00:54and so we do step outside of the office a little bit more
00:58and we explore relationships, relationships to the office,
01:02relationships to, like, with Brad in particular, I have an ex with an ex.
01:08What does that look like?
01:09And then, of course, my number one relationship, which is money.
01:12And it's trying to...
01:14Can't forget that one.
01:15Of course.
01:15Yeah, don't forget my number one love.
01:17But that's, I guess, part of growing up as a show because we are in season four,
01:22but also it's fun to be able to be like, where else can these characters go?
01:25And I think that is a theme of this year.
01:27Can we actually grow up?
01:29And Imani, your character has to trust their guts, but it's not easy.
01:35So I'm asking you, especially when you do an artistic profession,
01:39how do you trust your guts?
01:41How can you do that?
01:43Ooh, that's a great question.
01:45I think just realizing that I have the experience
01:49is always something to get clued back into.
01:54When, you know, you're feeling a little insecure or self-conscious,
02:00just knowing that, like, the bricks have already been laid
02:04and that I just have to trust my instinct and the experience
02:08that led me to this moment and know that I am ready.
02:12This season two has a special episode,
02:15and it's a murder mystery dinner.
02:17Amazing.
02:18But if you could choose a team for a special episode,
02:22what would you choose?
02:22And why a musical?
02:24Because I really need one.
02:26Please make a musical episode.
02:29A musical.
02:29A musical.
02:30Well, you know, David Hornsby is writing a Broadway musical right now.
02:33Yeah.
02:34So that, David, maybe you got to get to work
02:37on writing the Mythic Quest musical.
02:39We've been talking about this since season one, though.
02:41I think, like, Charlotte and Jessie in particular
02:43have been pitching, like, a musical episode.
02:46I don't know if it'll ever happen,
02:47but that would be really fun for us.
02:50I would be so down.
02:51I'm in.
02:52I, maybe I will stick to dancing in that episode versus singing.
02:59But, yeah, I'm in.
03:00Let's do it.
03:01Yes, please.
03:02I really need one.
03:03And do you agree with David?
03:06After 40, it's really difficult to make new friends.
03:10And why?
03:10Maybe a TV show, a love for a common TV show can help.
03:13I don't know.
03:15I think that's actually a really good theme.
03:17And I do, you know, being in that group,
03:19it is tricky because by that, this point in your life,
03:22you've already established habits, relationships,
03:26and you also value mornings so much that you're probably not going out late at night.
03:33You're, you know, now your circle becomes smaller and smaller and smaller, you know,
03:38and you, so it's sometimes harder to kind of expand and open up your circle.
03:42But I think that's kind of a lesson in this show is like staying open,
03:47staying open to new relationships, new people, and realizing,
03:50I think that's kind of the beauty of our show is this,
03:52there's this sort of intergenerational aspect going on where we're forced to work together,
03:57we're forced to interact and hopefully learn from each other.
04:01and I was being directed by Danny because I, what kind of boss is he?
04:07The best. He's the best.
04:09This is like one of the kindest people you will ever meet in your life.
04:13So, um, very consistent, genuine guy, super authentic.
04:18So, yeah, I think like, I love you, so I just look forward to working with him
04:24in whatever capacity we get to do that.
04:28Same, same, same. She directed me this year and such a naturalist, so generous, so kind.
04:33So, it's, it's a, it's a gift.
04:36Okay, perfect. Thank you so much. Thank you.
04:38Thank you.
04:56Thank you.
04:57Thank you.
05:00Thank you.
05:01Thank you.
05:02Thank you.
05:03Grazie.
