00:00There's 20 men and 20 women, and they're all kind of mixing together to see how they hit it off
00:06and everything.
00:07Did you notice at first, was it gender to gender, like who maybe was more open to going younger at
00:12first?
00:12No, I don't think so.
00:14I mean, and it's, you know, we focus on the couples that have age differences.
00:18But there were, I believe, 14 couples that came, and it was about half and half.
00:24There were a lot of people who left the show feeling a connection, having met someone of similar ages.
00:30Oh, yeah.
00:31And the show shows that a little bit.
00:33We didn't focus on them.
00:34We didn't follow them because that's not what the show is.
00:37But it does show that we didn't really have any rules.
00:40This was very relatable dates, very relatable conversations.
00:43We just wanted to get people together and meet.
00:46And it wasn't like forcing people to do that.
00:48It was like we just wanted people to make connections, reveal their ages.
00:52And if there was an age difference, then obviously we followed that.
00:55There's three women who are dating younger men.
00:58And I think it's three and three.
01:00Okay.
01:00Something like that.
01:02But, yeah, it was pretty even.
01:03I'm so glad that we have that representation on the show.
01:06Because, again, there is definitely a double standard when it comes to older men dating younger women versus older women
01:11dating younger men.
01:12Half and half, yeah.
01:13Yeah.
01:13And, like, we've seen the older guy dating the younger women in society.
01:16And it's, you know, but far too often I think women who want to explore that, you know, feel judged.
01:23Like, kind of shameful, yeah.
01:24Just feel shamed for it.
01:25And they shouldn't.
01:26You know, it's like get out there and get your man, you know.
