00:18Yeah, it's very important because it's most of your life.
00:22Everyone sees the championship and sees when you're on top,
00:26but no one sees the majority of your journey, which is the work you put in.
00:30It just doesn't happen overnight.
00:33It's day after day after day.
00:34It's every uphill battle you're going through, every mental hurdle you're going through.
00:39There's so many things that go into a day-to-day to get you to that point.
00:43The journey is beautiful, and I think everyone should cherish it and understand it.
00:48So when you do get to the point where you do win and you do achieve your long-term goal,
00:52it makes it that much better.
