00:28his authority by using the Emergency Powers Law to impose sweeping tariffs. Costco is
00:33among more than 2,000 companies pursuing duty refunds in the U.S. Court of International
00:38Trade. Costco and a lawyer for the plaintiff did not immediately respond to requests for
