00:12Officers are now planning to test the market for interest in the buildings as part of a
00:17wider review of land and buildings owned by the local authority.
00:22Asset Officer Andy Kehoe said they were looking to move as quickly as possible.
00:27The aim is to assess the viability of a potential sale.
00:30The market testing process is expected to take around three months, with councillors
00:35set to consider the results later this year.
00:37No final decisions have been made, and public services will continue as normal in the meantime.
