00:00Tom is the son of the owner of the mine
00:04so he's grown up in the mines that we are actually in as we speak
00:09and knows him fairly well
00:11was kind of pinned as the sole responsible party
00:16to the accident that happened back in
00:18I think they're pinning it in 1998 or 1999
00:22when all the miners died
00:25so obviously a lot of guilt there
00:27he takes off and returns 10 years later
00:31and that's when all the killings start
00:33so he's obviously a suspect
00:35he's got some issues to deal with
00:38and he's also got a loss of love
00:39played by Jamie King
00:41who he comes back into town
00:43and tries to rekindle some relationships
00:45but runs into a few complications there as well
00:50it takes place in
00:53generally a coal mining community
00:57based around a group of guys that went down
01:0010 years prior to when the movie is taking place
01:03and they get trapped
01:05and one guy makes that alive
01:07and is a little messed up because of it
01:10so his psyche gets a little twisted
01:14and he goes back and takes revenge on the town
01:17for having gone through what he went through
01:19and then we pick up 10 years later
01:24and people start dying again
01:26and then everybody thinks that it's the return
01:27of the scary Harry Warden
01:29and we come to find out that it's
01:33it could be a number of different people
01:38you know it is a very intimidating character
01:41and you know I've obviously shot a few scenes with him
01:44and you know just the gas mask
01:46and the light you know
01:47just this piercing light that kind of blinds you
01:49as you look at him
01:50you know he's all blacked out
01:52he's got the whole garb on
01:54it's very menacing
01:57you know you don't know who's behind it
01:58it's this old you know these old gas masks
02:01and so it definitely lends itself
02:04to being a very very frightening figure in the movie
02:09it's you know it's not just a person
02:13you know who gets the evil eyes
02:15it's you know you've got this dressed up
02:17he's got a giant pickaxe blood dripping off the tip of it
02:22I think the fact that it's not just a
02:25you know girl running through the woods
02:28falls on a stump and can't get up
02:29and the guy catches up with her
02:30and it's just some lumbering stalking
02:34you know killer
02:35it's you know the killer could be anybody
02:37and I think that you know the fact that there's
02:40so many possible guilty parties
02:43within the movie
02:44it's not just one sole person doing all the
02:46it could be anyone
02:47and I think that that mystery aspect of it
02:49really kind of sets it apart
02:53we're doing it in a format
02:55the 3D format that I've never really been a part of
02:57or you know messed with
02:59and so I'm very interested to just to see how those
03:05how this story unfolds in that kind of a dimension
03:08and in that kind of a format
03:10you know I remember back when I was a kid
03:12putting on the paper glasses
03:13with the red and blue lenses and stuff
03:15and it's so much more advanced than that
03:18and you know now I see the guys walking around
03:20with you know aviator sunglasses it looks like
03:22but those are the 3D glasses
03:23and so just the technology itself I think
03:26is really going to set this
03:28you know really going to set this out there
03:30and put it on the list of things to see
03:36you know what I'm really looking forward to
03:37I'm really looking forward to that pic
03:38coming right out of the screen
03:39and just setting me way back in my chair
03:41I think that's going to be a pretty exciting moment
03:43aside from that
03:44you know there's some really good performances
03:47being put in some really cool characters
03:53from reading the page
03:54and watching the performances
03:55and seeing the dailies
03:56I'm going to be just as much of an audience member
03:58as everybody else
04:00and I'm thrilled to see it
04:01if
04:01as we're here
04:02and I thank you
04:02all right
04:02thank you
04:02also
04:02and thank you
04:02and I had a question
04:02about
04:02you
