Watch as a determined cat struggles to retrieve a piece of meat after accidentally pushing it just beyond its reach.
Wu Xiaopeng captured the amusing moment in Jiangsu, located in eastern China. The video shows a cat sitting inside a cage after the treat slides too far away from the bars.
Stretching its paw through the gaps, the cat reaches as far as possible, extending its claws in repeated attempts to hook the food back.
Despite its efforts, the meat remains just out of reach, leaving the cat staring intently at the prize while trying again and again.
