00:30We got in a car and drove. I had someone drive in and we drove for a couple hours and
00:37talked about the script. And I told them what I thought about it. I liked the script, of course, and
00:44it was all there. There were just certain ways of saying things that I like to do a little bit
00:50differently than he writes. And I would say, well, what about this? What if I said this instead of that?
00:58And he was like, that's great. And on a number of occasions, oh, gee, that's even better. That's much better.
01:03Go ahead.
01:09It's a kind of an aching comedy, if you could say that. It's kind of a comedy that where you
01:15sort of see someone's situation who's fearlessly just involved with all kinds of emotional, sort of emotional, dramatic situations.
01:29And either can't get out of it or won't get out of those situations. And that, you know, so there's
01:34sort of like a bouncing kind of what's going to happen next kind of feeling.
01:46I really like her. She's, I've known her for a couple of years and I only remember running into her
01:51and thinking, this girl's really great.
01:53And then when I found out that she got the part, I thought, oh, this is going to be fun.
01:58She's funny and she's very talented. She's got a lot of talent. And she's a real, very professional. And I
02:07like, it's great to come to work and have her there. It sort of like lights me up a little
02:13bit to get to work with her.
02:22She was in Bridesmaids and really, Bridesmaids and really funny. And she is my next door neighbor and long suffering
02:32sort of next door neighbor.
02:33So it's a great, it's a fun part for her to play because she just sort of chews up having
02:38this, what she perceives as a kind of a knucklehead as her next door neighbor.
02:45And, you know, it's been fun having her and she and Naomi are very funny together. They, I just, I
02:54get, I get to just watch. It's nice.
