00:00I mean, we've spent a lot of time just on that.
00:02You know, what do they do at wide receiver?
00:04Obviously, if it's A.J. Brown, I think most people would be thrilled.
00:07If it's not, at this point, I don't even know who it would be.
00:10So where do you stand when it relates to what's available at wide receiver?
00:17It kind of feels to me, and no one has said this to me,
00:21but I'm presuming it just based on conversations
00:25showing their interest in Brown over the years
00:27and in the recent couple weeks.
00:30It's A.J. Brown or Buss.
00:31I mean, I continue to presume that they know what they're doing.
00:34They had an unbelievable season.
00:36They've got great momentum.
00:37They want to keep that momentum going.
00:38They moved on from Stephon Diggs,
00:41letting the bird in hand leave before they had replaced him.
00:46They basically knew what the landscape would be on Alec Pierce.
00:50They were in the store looking at the price tag
00:53and then basically walking out, and I think a lot of teams did that,
00:55which is why Alec Pierce didn't even get through Monday
00:59without signing back with the Indianapolis Colts.
01:02If he was blown away and saw the market going up,
01:04he'd still – or he would probably be done and get closer to 34.
01:08Instead, he stays where he was.
01:10So I think it's probably playing out the way the Patriots presumed it would
01:14for them.
01:15But now with no digs and A.J. Brown feeling like the only game in town,
01:22they're – I don't want to say over a barrel
01:24because I don't know what the conversations are like with Howie Roseman,
01:27but they put all their eggs in the A.J. Brown basket.
01:29And it takes two to tango, as we all know, when it's a trade
01:33as opposed to just going and signing a wide receiver.
01:35R Grüner.
