03:57And it's like, well, Tommy doesn't want you anymore.
03:59It was just a lack of communication.

04:02And I think that is what's going on in here.

04:07And then I must say, I mean, Scott then pulled people up on that
04:10and everyone seemed to have a problem with Scott.

04:17I just think he was calling people out on their behaviour that he noticed.

07:26And we both sort of misheard it and then realised what she'd said.
07:28When Whitney was walking down the stairs, she was like, yeah, that wasn't on.
07:32It wasn't.
07:32It's just not good.
07:33It's not good behaviour and stuff.
07:34And we were like, oh, she's talking about Charlie.
07:35It wasn't.
07:36She was talking about Jess.
07:37Yeah.

07:38She was like, our friendship would be done if she did that to me.
07:40I think, but you know what?
07:41I definitely get where Whitney's coming from in the sense where it does take two to tango.
07:45And as much as Charlie did whatever, Jess, you hold some responsibility because you are
07:49friends with Millie and you do know that Millie is speaking to him.
07:52All the girls are friends, I'm assuming.
07:53So as much as like Charlie has a responsibility, so does Jess to a point because you do know
07:58that he's speaking to Millie and they're kissing and it's like, just keep your friends in the
08:02loop, I guess.
08:03Oh, if I was in Love Island, you best believe if I kiss someone, I'd just be running to
08:06tell the other person just purely out of entertainment in there.

08:10I would just be like, I now have information that no one else has.
08:14And then to top it all off, after he kissed her on the terrace, Charlie then picked Millie
08:19in the recoupling and left Jess stood there on her own.
08:23And unfortunately, someone else was ready to give her a bit of a reading at the fire pit.

09:33allude to someone who, you know, has wronged the girl that's left.
09:37But nobody's ever really, like, attached the person that is at the front of the fire pit.

09:44And we were conflicted talking about it because I understand Jess's perspective of being there.
09:50It's hard being on your own.
09:51It's difficult being, like, the last one chosen.
09:54And she was obviously emotional from what she's gone through in the day.
09:58But then I also found what Tommy said valid in the sense that I thought the comments about
10:03him living at home were a bit unfair.
10:05And I felt they were quite late on in their talking and getting to know each other stage.
10:09And given the lack of communication he felt and very much shoved to the side, I could
10:14understand both sides.
10:15But I do understand why Jess got upset afterwards.
10:17I would have definitely been upset.

10:19I think especially because when Jess did say all these things to Tommy, it wasn't a private
10:22conversation.
10:23It wasn't around the fire pit.
10:25However, I don't, I won't say I 100% agree with Tommy doing it around the fire pit.

10:33Because if he did pick Jess and then had this conversation privately, what would his recoupling

11:15And then also, not to add salt into the wound, Tommy wasn't even aware of the fact that she
11:19had kissed Charlie on the terrace.

11:25But at that moment when he was giving his recoupling speech, he was not aware that she
11:30had been on the terrace kissing Charlie also.

11:41because there is literally nobody else to pick.

14:05But we've gone to see that Whitney takes her a little while to come up at a shell.

14:13I really don't understand why Connor's now gone and inserted himself.

14:48And then they were like, right, let's really give this a go.

14:52And I think now having that time apart, because they're not going to be in bed together in
14:57the evening where it's very easy to snog each other because you're literally this by
15:00way.
15:01I think that's going to be really good for them because they're going to have to make
15:03the effort to spend time together and to connect.
15:06And they will realize whether or not it's actually worth pursuing.

17:00But like we noticed in the challenge the other day,

17:07Sexually attracted to Millie, was it?

17:09Yeah, I think because Whitney got asked first, didn't she?
17:12And she said that it was Charlie.
17:13And he had to kiss the person who's most sexually attracted to.

17:16But we soon realized that Jack only did that as a retaliation.

18:58And literally we said yesterday, like they're now all on the level playing field and we'll
19:02know who he likes by the one that he kisses.
19:04And that was Helena.
19:05And he said, yeah, he said, I don't feel bad.
19:07It just felt natural.

19:09It's taken me by surprise.
19:10It really has.
19:11Because I didn't think Shaq and Helena would be a match at all.
19:14And also he did sort of, in a way, he didn't explicitly say, please don't pick me.
19:20But I feel like he was sort of not giving the vibe.
19:22And when AJ was in that really lovely speech, you know when it's like, usually when someone's
19:26having a speech about you, you'll smirk naturally or you'll get a bit giddy.
19:29Straight face.
19:30Pure.
19:30He was not trying to react.
19:31Pure disassociation.
19:32Like he was actually looking at the floor like, don't, don't.
19:34It might not be me.
19:35And then the camera was cutting between him and Helena and both of their faces.
19:40It was like forbidden love, Romeo and Juliet.
19:42They were looking longingly into the distance.
19:44And I thought, this is peak for AJ right now.
19:46I mean, I think this is how the best couples are built though.
19:49Same as with like Jack and Whitney.
19:50Now they've been split apart.
19:51Forbidden love.
19:52And they're going to have this time.
19:54Like Shaq is going to really know, okay, yeah, I definitely want Helena.
19:57Vice versa, you know.
19:57And we might get the return of hideaway Helena.
19:59Because obviously the rules of the hideaway are, you can't be in a couple.
20:02And now they're not in a couple.
20:04I say bring it back, girl.
20:05It's your brand.

20:07One thing I wanted to raise as well, because like we were saying, Charlie and Shaq are basically
20:12doing the same thing in different fonts.
20:14Now, the difference with Shaq is that he's being honest.
20:17Like, do you think it's okay, the fact that, you know, Shaq went against his word and did kiss Helena
20:21but he just told AJ about it.
20:23Yes, because he's moving with honesty and integrity and a clear communication style.
20:29And he's moving with purpose.
20:32And I'm not saying...
20:32I feel like you're doing a motivational speech.
20:35I love it.

20:38Whereas I feel like Charlie is playing it a little more on the playground side of just

20:46And I think the issue with that is causing more emotional, you know, damage for everyone
20:50in the villa because everyone's finding out when, you know, the girls are finding out.
20:54Whereas with Shaq, he's actually sitting people down and explaining himself.
20:58And I think that it's reading a lot better.
21:00And that is why, you know, Helena and AJ are fine in this situation.

21:04And I think, you know, honesty is the best policy.
21:06Because at the end of the day, look, Shaq didn't regret it.
21:08He said it felt natural, but he told AJ.
21:11He's put his hands up.
21:11He's been honest.
21:12What more can he do?
21:13Charlie could learn a lot from Shaq.
