01:06that was wrong the hikers arrived at the second base camp oh you guys we've made it but they

01:28i'm relieved you're all here oh so at one point i wasn't sure how many of you were going to

13:26it's over eight kilometers to base camp and to get there they'll face a steep climb
13:32they must scale an enormous cliff face followed by a treacherous descent to camp
13:39as ever the mountain's keeper is tracking their every move
13:43this is a bit of a big start isn't it it's a lot for first thing in the morning isn't

15:09it's a big old cliff edge that and that cliff edge has a 500 foot vertical drop either side
15:16come on guys keep going and they're about to discover there's an even bigger obstacle in their way
15:23you bugger we gotta know precipice peak this sheer cliff face obstructs your route to the summit
15:36choose a climbing partner because you'll need the support to scale it oh my god don't look down and
15:43remember the clock is ticking i don't know what a precipice is i don't even know if i'm saying it
15:50correctly or i don't know how to spell it um but i don't like the sound of it i really

15:56to continue their route to the summit each pair will have to traverse a narrow ledge
16:00before scaling a 300 foot sheer cliff face all while hanging 1 000 feet above the valley floor
16:08oh my legs they're going already for a group who have no climbing experience it's the toughest
16:15challenge yet each pair must reach the top together or they'll be eliminated along with their combined
16:22prize money of 28 000 pounds come on typhoon let's get around here like a typhoon we are not tapping

27:24from 2015 to 2018 i was aiming for the paralympics in cycling and that came to a halt when i

27:30car and i busted up my right shoulder having no use of this right hand and no use of my

27:39the next two years i was drinking a little more than what i should have been it was a tough

27:45but got through it and now i'm just in the best place mentally and physically that i've ever been
