बजट सत्र के दूसरे हाफ की हंगामेदार शुरूआत हुई है. लोकसभा और राज्यसभा, संसद के दोनों सदनों में पहले दिन जोरदार हंगामा हुआ. विपक्ष ने एनर्जी सिक्योरिटी और खाड़ी देशों में भारतीयों की सुरक्षा के मुद्दे पर चर्चा की डिमांड करते हुए जोरदार हंगामा किया. असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने पॉइंट ऑफ ऑर्डर रेज किया. ओवैसी रुल बुक लेकर खड़े हो गए. इस पर जगदंबिका पाल ने ओवैसी को टोकते हुए कहा कि कोई पॉइंट ऑफ ऑर्डर नहीं है. उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे पूरी अथॉरिटी है. जगदंबिका पाल ने अपनी बात पूरी की और इसके बाद कहा कि कौन सा नियम आप बता रहे हैं, वो नियम नहीं है. कोई नियम नहीं है.
