00:04Magisk app and the Magisk software.
00:07So first of all, we are going to open the Magisk app.

00:15We need to hit update and here you can see there is a change log.
00:19If you want to know what are the changes, you can open click here and this will give

00:25Here you can see all the changes that are done with the updates.
00:28So we are going to hit install and wait for the app to install itself.
00:32The app is downloaded.
00:34We are going to install it and the app is going to close itself just like this and it is

00:39to give you a message that will say the Magisk is updated.
00:43So we are going to tap on here to open the app or you can just simply open the app

00:49Okay, the app is now updated to the latest version.
00:52We need to update Magisk.
00:53So we are going to keep these settings as this.
00:55But we do not go and select in page 5.
00:58If your phone is already Magisk installed.
01:00So we need to go drag to install.
01:03Okay, the Magisk installation is done.
01:05Now I am going to reboot my system.
01:07As now you can see my app, my phone is now rebooted.
01:10So we are going to open the Magisk app just to make sure that the app is updated to the
01:16latest version.
01:16Now as you can see both app and the Magisk software are updated to the latest version and
01:21there is no need to update anything else.
01:23So if you want to go and look for beta versions, you can go to your settings and here you
01:30can
01:30change the update channel to beta, custom or whatever you want.
01:33But I will always recommend that you go with the stable version because stable updates come
01:39late and do not have much bugs or any issues there.
01:44So beta versions may come with some issues but I will always recommend that you go with
01:50alpha because slow and steady wins the race.
01:54I will set mine to stable as well because I do not need any beta versions.
