00:00For 47 years, the Iranian regime has regularly targeted and killed Americans.
00:04And while Democrats talk tough on Iran, they sought no action.
00:08In 2008, before becoming Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton said she would attack Iran if president.
00:15If Iran were to launch a nuclear attack on Israel, what would our response be?
00:19And I want the Iranians to know that if I'm the president, we will attack Iran.
00:23Whatever stage of development they might be in their nuclear weapons program in the next 10 years,
00:29during which they might foolishly consider launching an attack on Israel,
00:33we would be able to totally obliterate them.
00:37Of course, that never happened.
00:39She lost the nomination to Barack Obama, who instead sought to make a deal with Iran.
00:44Over the years, Iran moved closer and closer to having the ability to build a nuclear weapon.
00:49As president, I decided that a strong, confident America could advance our national security
00:55by engaging directly with the Iranian government.
00:58But a week after Obama said that, John Kerry admitted that the Iran nuclear deal would give money to terrorists.
01:05Do you believe that any of that $55 billion ends up in the hands of terrorists?
01:11I think that some of it will end up in the hands of the IRGC or of other entities,
01:19some of which are labeled terrorists.
01:21Well, fast forward to 2022, and President Biden's press secretary said Iran was accelerating its nuclear program.
01:29Iran has rapidly accelerated its nuclear program and reduced cooperation with international inspectors
01:35in non-performance of Iran nuclear deal commitments.
01:39Their breakout period is down from about a year, which is what we knew it was during the deal,
01:44to just a few weeks or less.
01:47But all Biden said was don't.
01:49And a couple months later, Obama admitted he made mistakes with Iran by not helping activists on the ground more.
01:56And in retrospect, I think that was a mistake.
02:00Every time we see a flash, a glimmer of hope, of people longing for freedom,
02:12I think we have to point it out.
02:15We have to shine a spotlight on it.
02:17We have to express some solidarity about it.
02:20Well, now today it's President Trump who sought action while Iran is trying to talk tough.
02:26Are you afraid of a U.S. invasion in your country?
02:30No, we are waiting for them.
02:33You are waiting for the U.S. military to invade the ground troops?
02:38Yes, because we are confident that we can confront them.
02:42And that would be a big disaster for them.
02:45Maybe he missed President Trump taking out the Ayatollah along with 49 others
02:49before taking out those counting votes for the next Ayatollah.
