00:25The spokesperson added Markle will now continue growing As Ever independently
00:29as it moves into its next chapter.
00:31Meanwhile, an As Ever spokesperson said the brand experienced rapid growth during its first year
00:36and is ready to stand on its own.
00:38The split comes as several other Sussex projects remain in development limbo
00:42and reports surfaced of excess unsold As Ever products,
00:46such as jams and candles, at Netflix's Los Angeles offices.

01:37Finally, Britney Spears' longtime friend is sharing what she told him after her DUI arrest.
01:42Sean Phillips, Spears' former assistant and close friend,
01:45revealed on Good Morning Britain that he texted the singer after her arrest,
01:49simply asking if she was okay.
01:51All I texted her was, are you okay?
01:54She said, I'm okay.
01:55That's all it was.
01:57And I said, do you mind if I speak about this?
02:01She's like, yeah, go ahead.
02:03He added that while he feels anxious discussing her situation,
02:06he wants people to know Spears is a good person and that everyone makes mistakes.
