01:13And let's celebrate women by,

01:15I was looking through recipes,
01:16and I was thinking like,

01:18there were these drinks,
01:19obviously named after women,
01:20margarita,
01:21bloody mary,
01:21blah, blah, blah.
01:23There are a couple like ginger Rogers.
01:25They could do like old fashioned,
01:26but I just thought that maybe keep it simple,
01:29keep it a little different.
01:30It involves an egg.
01:32Women.
01:32I love drinks that involve an egg.

01:35and the pink lady is a very fun drink.
01:37And it's a lady.

01:48is we're going to make a pink lady.

01:53know that it's a flip and here's what is a flip it's not a flip because we're not using the

06:09this is my favorite part we're using an egg and people get grossed out by eggs and drinks and you
06:14shouldn't just so that you could you you could protein we're trying to get protein in you could
06:18drink raw eggs all day long nothing's gonna happen to you don't worry about it that's why i eat the
06:22raw dough now uh you can uh separate just by um just with the can we see this here yeah

06:43and we're gonna keep the yolk out now if some some drinks do call for a whole egg the yolk

06:51those are generally known as flips that's okay but this is an egg white drink and what the egg white
06:59does lbf you know what it does makes it frothy makes it frothy and a lot of bartenders these days
07:06use uh what's the stuff called it's the chickpea juice the chickpea juice what's it called aquafaba
07:11aquafaba yeah so when you have chickpeas and you drain them save the juice and you can do the same
07:15thing but it's kind of gross so now here's the thing when you're making a drink with a with an
07:20egg
07:20or an egg white you have to dry shake you have to the you have to shake it twice now
07:27you first your first
07:28shake is going to be a dry shake no ice like everyone's shaking so it's something filthy because
07:36because you want to break it only only in your mind lbf because you want to break it because that
07:45that egg white is this viscosity viscosity it's thick and oozy and you want to break that down you
07:54got to break it down you're not using words that make people want to drink this drink oh trust me
07:58it's delicious you want to break that down it's going to be so smooth and frothy and delicious
08:05okay so that's our dry shake now i'm going to go get some ice all right now we're going to

08:12the regular shake with the ice to make it nice and cold
08:24shake that's enough now just wait just wait and see so by the way if you ever if you ever

08:36sometimes the uh suction is so much that it doesn't release right away sometimes you'll see part of
08:43the end and start banging it on the edge of the counter please don't do that especially in your own
08:47kitchen because you're going to hurt your counter you don't need to do that you don't even need to do
08:52the fancy you know hit and release all you got to do is squeeze the side and it comes right
08:57out
