00:11It's the event of the season. My name is Stefan Häusl. I'm from Austria. I'm a former
00:21Freeride World Tour athlete. In 2011 when the Freeride World Tour had the first Austrian
00:30Freeride stop and I was opening this cliff on skiers left side and I won it and since then
00:36it's named after me so it's a really big honor for me. In Tyrell we have a lot of history
00:48in
00:48alpine skiing and for us it's so important that the Freeride World Tour is also coming here to
00:53support the local freeride community and for sure many, many riders started to do freeriding because
01:00they saw this event here. Since I've come here for all the events the great thing is that the whole
01:10village is really working on this event. You know all the people here and they all stick together
01:16and work that this is going to happen and and that's really great to see.
01:25The Wildsellota is almost an amphitheater. You can really look on the left and look on the right.
01:32It's really steep on the top and really alpine, really exposed on the on the start so if you
01:41crash it's not really good up there.
01:51And it's pretty playful at the bottom with some trees and then and some freestyle elements where
01:57you can add tricks. So it has the best of the both worlds I would say.
02:05I think it's a good test especially for the young riders because they know they are not allowed to make
02:11mistakes. Then afterwards they go to Alaska and then to Verbiere. So it's a good progression in
02:18in the big mountains coming up to the end of the season.
