02:22I-imbitahan na natin yung complainants, witnesses, and even the respondent to provide their testimony before the Justice Committee.
02:32So ganun din yun. Pag hindi dumating si Vice President sa hearing proper,
02:36it will merely be interpreted as a waiver of her right to be present during the hearing.
02:42Kasama sa impeachment complaint, ang affidavit na nagpakilalang dating aide ng bise na si Ramil Madriaga.
02:49Siya ang nagsabing nag-deliver siya ng pera sa ilang individual sa utos ni Duterte.
02:55Sinampahan siya ng reklamong perjury ng bise dahil hindi raw totoong naging aide niya si Madriaga.
