00:27Tinalakay isa-isa ng House Committee on Justice ang basihan kung bakit nais ipa-impeach si Vice President Sara Duterte.
00:35Una rito, ang kaugnay sa P500M Confidential Funds ng Office of the Vice President noong 2022 at 2023
00:44at sa P112.5M Confidential Funds ng DepEd ng kalihim siya nito noong 2023.
00:51Meron hong testimonya na sinasabi na yung mga funds na yun ay hindi naman talaga nagamit dun sa mga dapat
01:01ipaggamit ng confidential funds.
01:04Nakita natin yung mga acknowledgements receipts ng mga which appear to be questionable and fictitious names.
01:11These were approved by the Vice President herself.
01:16May pirma siya sa certain documents as attached.
01:21No allegations is made that the respondent received the funds or personally benefited, which is very important, yung personal benefit.
01:30Hindi naman kailangan ng personal benefit sa malversation.

01:37all they did was basically just sign into the disbursement vouchers, sign into the bidding documents.

01:55Sa issue ng confidential funds, idinidikit ang affidavit ng nagpakilalang dating aide ng BICE na si Ramil Madriaga,
02:03na umaming nag-deliver siya ng pera sa ilang individual sa utos daw ng BICE.
02:08Ang utos, ipinariting daw ni Col. Raymond Lachica, ang dating head ng Vice Presidential Security and Protection Group.
02:17So ito na po yung sagot sa tanong, kung saan po napunta yung pera na binigay kay Lachica.
02:23Based po ito sa affidavit ni Madriaga.
02:27Hinihinga namin ang reaksyon dito si Lachica, pero dati na niyang itinanggi ang aligasyon.
02:33Pagdating sa pangalawang ground na konektado sa confidential funds ng Department of Education,
02:39noong panahong nakaupo bilang kalihim si Duterte at sa third ground,
02:44kaugnay sa umunay panunuhol sa ilang opisyal ng DepEd,
02:47nagtalo ang ilang kongresista kung sakop ba ito ng impeachment o hindi.
02:52Sabi kasi ng ilang kongresista, hindi naman daw impeachable official ang DepEd Secretary.
