00:44an intensive care nurse murdered by CBP agents
00:48while trying to protect a woman that the officers were assaulting.
00:53After his murder, Stephen Miller said Alex was, quote,
00:56a domestic terrorist who tried to assassinate federal law enforcement,
01:02a would-be assassin, and an assassin.
01:06Kristi Noem said Alex was, quote, committing an act of domestic terrorism.
01:11She said, I don't know any peaceful protester that shows up with a gun
01:16and ammunition rather than a sign.
01:18She accused Alex Preddy of brandishing a weapon,
01:21despite video evidence showing the gun never left its holster.
01:26Greg Bovino said, quote,
01:28this looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage
01:32and massacre law enforcement.
01:35And Donald Trump said Alex was, quote,
01:37a gunman whose weapon was loaded with two additional full magazines and ready to go.
01:43He said Alex was an agitator and perhaps an insurrectionist,
01:49obviously projecting about himself.
