00:00Let's go find the best cup of hot cocoa in New York City.
00:02You probably recognize Glaze from social media around the holidays,
00:05but did you know they actually have a storefront on the Upper East Side?
00:07They're known for their toasted marshmallow rim and rich whipped cream,
00:10but I went for their salted caramel this time since I've had the classic,
00:13and it might be my new favorite.
00:14I go here every holiday season, and it honestly never disappoints.
00:18A stroll across the park will land you at the iconic Central Park Roadhouse
00:21that makes a mean peppermint hot chocolate.
00:23It was the perfect balance of chocolate and mint,
00:25and the candy cane bits on top were the best touch.
00:27It's also served an adorable branded tumbler
00:29that you can even take home with you as a souvenir.
00:32For a more high-end option, Bizarre Bar, the Ritz Carlton and Nomad,
00:35has a boozy option featuring butter, fat wash, Taurus brandy,
00:38dark chocolate, and a toasted marshmallow.
00:40This one was almost too beautiful to drink, but I'm so glad that I did.
00:43It was rich and warm, and the brandy complimented the drink
00:45without being too overpowering.
