00:00we were sitting outside this evening because it was sort of got a bit quieter um and we thought
00:06well let's get a bit of fresh air and then all of a sudden everybody looked up in the sky
00:11and there were well there was this great big flash um and we we had this massive boom that
00:20shook everybody so everyone just ran we're kind of getting used to these booms now um but it was
00:27really scary and it and we've just heard jets going over now i mean we're getting very little
00:31information from um from the uk i think uh we're just getting a static message from scdo which is
00:38repeated by the consulate here i mean like many people just relying on social media i think for
00:43updates we found out that we were actually on the ba plane that was held at the airport for four
00:49hours on saturday and that plane was repatriated to oman last night and um ba opened that up
00:56literally on a first come first serve basis a few hours ago and we've managed to get a flight on
01:01that but we've got to relocate ourselves to oman to get to it and that's against the advice of the
01:08british consulate but equally they're also saying you know you should get out with with your scheduled
01:13carrier so it's um it is very confusing very conflicting and you just feel constantly nervous
