00:41it okay so I want you to kind of feel that so feel the weight of the wheel yep forward

00:47tell how it balances itself but if you go side to side that's our job yeah okay okay so the

00:53you're gonna get on you're gonna start out holding the wheel with both hands okay like this one foot
01:01goes on the pedal in between the power pads all right I'm gonna be behind you holding your hips
01:08on the count of three you're then gonna put your foot on this other pedal stand up and lean forward
01:14so it should look something like this okay yeah okay are you excited yeah a little nervous too all
01:24right so go ahead grab the wheel good all right put one foot on good make sure it's in between

01:32pads good all right and when you're ready then you're gonna put that careful that other foot on I need
01:38to rebound sure yeah all right sorry you okay put some weight into that pedal there you go and then
01:47hop on and three two one all right let's try this one more time so make sure that foot's in

01:54so make it look so easy I've done it a lot yeah good all right put some pressure in it

01:59put some weight in there good so that way we the wheel I'm sorry when your foot is ready then

03:09all right one thing I really want you to note hold this wheel for me really quick when you're riding
