00:08Currently, passengers can use tickets on Arriva's 306 and 308 or GoNortheast's 307 and 309 services interchangeably,
00:18but GoNortheast will withdraw from the deal on March 22nd.
00:23The North East Public Transport Users Group say the change will make journeys less convenient for season ticket holders and
00:31day passengers.
00:33Arriva wanted the agreement to continue, but GoNortheast says it has been suspended by region-wide £2.50 adult fares.
00:41Officials say integrated network plans are under review.
