00:16The site falls within land referred to as the Monk Hill Triangle, which sits on the southern eastern tip of
00:22the old Prince of Wales colliery.
00:24A mix of two, three and four bedroom homes is proposed for the site, with access to the properties from
00:30De Lacey Way and Skinner Lane.
00:32The site has been subject to an abundance of development in recent years, which largely comprises residential development.
00:39Council planning officers have yet to determine the application.
