00:31In a post on X, Ali Larijani, head of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, said no approach had been made

00:40His comments came after Trump said Iran's new leadership wants to open discussions with Washington.
00:46Larijani also accused U.S. President Donald Trump of fueling instability across the Middle East.
00:53American policy, he said, had pushed the region into deeper turmoil.
00:58Larijani described Trump's approach as detached from reality.
01:03He also claimed that Washington was wary of further American troop casualties as tensions continued to rise.
