What do young people really want in the world of work?
Gen Z doesn't want a "permanent job," but rather one that makes sense. They demand a fair salary, mental well-being, balance, and the opportunity to grow. And a manager who listens, not just assigns tasks. When these expectations aren't met, the results are clear for all to see: resignations, quiet quitting, and talent looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, this phenomenon affects all of Europe.
