40:41as like a partner

40:42consistently consulted
40:44or phoned
40:44into important
40:45meetings
40:46so he was
40:47basically running
40:47and managing
40:48businesses
40:49from within
40:49the prison
40:51but
40:52victims said
40:53that after
40:53they had paid
40:54deposits
40:55the most
40:56that they had
40:56gotten
40:57was a foundation

40:59no progress
