00:01Rufus was separated from everybody and just not quite fitting in.
00:08He was born at a water buffalo dairy.
00:12Typically, little boys born into the dairy industry are killed.
00:19We made the arrangements to bring this sweet boy to us here just outside of Austin, Texas.
00:30He just was different than the cows. Sweet Rufus was quite lonely.
00:37There was these two other water buffalo that needed our help.
00:41Sonia and Mirabelle were living with somebody who originally purchased them to breed them.
00:49And we jumped into position to make sure that we could open our home and open our hearts to these
00:55two additional gals.
00:57And hopefully begin to create a little family here.
01:01We're working to get them settled in.
01:03Still a little anxious from arriving here all the way from Northern California.
01:11They pretty quickly found Rufus amongst the herd and begin to establish a relationship.
01:23It was really amazing to see them to start to build a bond.
01:26And on one beautiful day, one of our volunteers was able to capture a moment of all three of them
01:31swimming together in the pond.
01:33And we knew at that moment that our water buffalo family had fully come together.
01:41Rufus became more comfortable and connected and clearly for the first time in his life had been able to establish
01:48a relationship with ones of his own.
01:50And he now called up the axle at the river.
01:51And he said that, as they were just스터 ride, he wouldn't be bringing them to fit them together next night.
01:55Whatever's being about the luxuryaba Kensington, if the deprivation of theaters on our own.
02:01And I'm gonna take one of the spots to keep theeta from the ger Initiative on the pole Palestinian.
02:01Talk to Mr. Westwood.
02:01By the way, I'm sure friends, but we might be in passing, where you're new to find this before time
