00:00This one over here is a piece by William Zimple, who designed the house.
00:06He's 92, so we're really, really lucky to have that one in our house.
00:12Hi!
00:14My name is Bronti Tatum-Boulay.
00:16I'm the antique dealer and stylist behind Cleoclex.
00:20The house was built in the 50s.
00:22It was a furniture designer's dream to bring a cathedral-esque aesthetic to this space,
00:30so he built all these arches with that in mind.
00:32And he lived here for many years, so it's got quite a lot of history.
00:36We've done a few little renovations here and there, but the house speaks for itself.
00:40There's definitely a mix of antique and contemporary in here.
00:44I don't really go by rules, though.
00:45Like, if I like something, I like it.
00:47I think, like, artwork is where you can have a lot of fun.
00:50I'm definitely drawn to championing local artists.
00:54I think each of these pieces kind of tells a story.
