00:54And they're working to build missiles
00:56that will soon reach the United States of America.

01:03they were warned to make no future attempts
01:06to rebuild their weapons program,
01:08and in particular, nuclear weapons.
01:11Yet they continue starting it all over.
01:14We wiped it out, and they want to start all over again.
01:18And are, at this moment, again, pursuing their sinister ambitions.
01:22We are in negotiations with them.
01:24They want to make a deal,
01:25but we haven't heard those secret words.
01:27We will never have a nuclear weapon.
01:32My preference is to solve this problem through diplomacy.
01:36But one thing is certain.
01:38I will never allow the world's number one sponsor of terror,
01:41which they are by far,
01:42to have a nuclear weapon.
