01:11Kasi nag-try siya before ng authentic taste pero hindi siya pumatok totally dito sa Silang.
01:17And doon sa mga previous namin na clients sa events, ito rin yung pinaka-comments nila.

01:30And yung mga products po na in-offer namin sa main brunch is meron po kaming, of course, yung shawarma
01:36pita namin, shawarma rice.
01:37Ito po yung mga best-selling products namin.

01:44So sa franchise po namin, medyo starting pa lang po kami and of course, naghahanap pa rin po kami ng
01:50mga taong tutulong sa amin ipakilala si shawarma outside Cavite.
01:54And ngayon po, nag-offer na rin po kami ng mga event bookings, school, weddings, birthdays and of course, mga

02:03Mas madali siyang i-produce ngayon and talagang kahit mga bata hanggang may edad is talagang nag-i-enjoy kainin

02:44Pero pag sa business kasi, hindi siya, pag ito lang yung business mo, hindi ka mag-fix ng 8 hours

02:50So yun yung nag-push through sa akin na mag-focus sa business.
02:54Di wala pong sikreto eh.

03:04Consistency talaga yung pinangahawa ka na kung sa'yo man ay sikreto.
03:09Kasi pag hindi ka consistent, yung customer mo hindi rin consistent.
03:13May benta man or sakto lang or tama lang yung benta.
03:17Ganun yung time ng opening.
03:20Kasi kumbaga sa kanya man, hindi mo alam kung kailan magkikrave yung customer mo.
03:24Kung kailan nila gustong kumain.
03:26So kahit walang masyadong customer sa time na to, okay lang.
03:29Basta alam ng tao na everyday, ganun tong oras, yung opening mo and closing mo.
03:35So consistency.
03:36Tsaka time management talaga.
