00:11according to CNBC. Negotiations between Anthropik and the DoD have stalled over
00:16terms of use. Anthropik wants assurances that its models will not be used for autonomous weapons
00:22or to spy on Americans. The DoD has said it wants to use the models for all lawful use
00:27cases without limitation. Anthropik deployed models on the DoD's classified networks and
00:32received a $200 million contract last year. Axios first reported the meeting. A company
