00:00It's a clear message from France, telling the United States to stay in line and keep
00:06away from internal issues.
00:09The country's Foreign Affairs Minister Jean-Noël Barraud has requested that U.S. Ambassador
00:14Charles Kushner be cut off from members of the French government.
00:19In light of this apparent failure to grasp the basic requirements of the ambassadorial

01:20to serve them to us.
01:25Charles Kushner is the father of Jared Kushner, Donald Trump's son-in-law and senior advisor.
01:31He had already been summoned last year after sending a letter to French President Emmanuel
01:35Macron alleging that the country wasn't doing enough to combat anti-Semitism.
01:40He failed to show up to that meeting too.
01:44The Foreign Ministry has left the door open for reconciliation, saying that Kushner could
01:49still access its building should he want to hold the necessary diplomatic discussions.
01:55The Foreign Ministry fez
