00:00At the outset, let me state this, that this recently concluded operation of Tarashi is the perfect example of perseverance,
00:12clarity of thought, proper planning, the vision which we had and most importantly relentless efforts of the month and integrated
00:24approach of each and every force and each and every agency
00:29working over here and most importantly it is the perfect example of seamless coordination at all levels, at all levels
00:42from the troops working on ground, from all of us sitting over here, between the core commanders, the ADGs, IGs,
00:50between the DGP and the army commander and let me tell you that everybody contributed towards the success of this
00:58operation.
01:01All the resources which were available to all of us, all were employed in a joint and integrated manner from
01:12a dog to a drone and what you see, the success you see today is actually the reflection of the
01:21strength of our unity of efforts.
01:25You know, this particular operation, though it started on 14th of January and our first contact was established on the
01:3318th and after that we established multiple contacts on 18th, then on 22nd, then on 25th, then on the 31st,
01:45then on the 4th and then on the 8th.
01:53We had the clarity of thought and we had the clarity of thought and we kept on planning and preparing
01:59for the operation.
02:00We, every day, we used to sit on the drawing board, we used to reorient ourselves, re-align ourselves, re
02:08-deploy ourselves because together we were dynamic in our thoughts and in our actions.
02:13We would quickly discuss any int which used to come from any of the agencies, any of the forces.
02:20We would corroborate it and re-deploy ourselves and start working again.
02:26And, in Hindi, they say that, when the demands are fixed, then the difficulties are fixed.
02:34And the difficulties are fixed.
02:35We got our first success here on the 4th of February when we killed Adip.
02:41And then we kept on pursuing, we were in constant pursuance of our aim.
02:48And it was on the 21st, within these operations, when, you know, the SSP Kishtwad, Mr. Naresh, he gave the
02:56input to Brigadier Sunil, who is the Commander 9th Sector.
03:01And we corroborated it through all the agencies which are present here and working over here.
03:08And then the operation was launched. Collectively, jointly, with all the elements which we had on our disposal, that is
03:18the Army, the Special Forces, Police, the SOG, the CRPF and everybody.
03:25And collectively you would have seen that the way we operated in a very, very calm, composed, collective, collaborative manner,
03:36that the kind of success we achieved, specially, you know, without suffering any casualty, any harm to any of our
03:46troops, except for the brave dog Tyson, who actually initiated the operation.
03:51And that is how collectively we could conclude that operation.
03:56And I think that is the strength we have and that is the strength which gives us more confidence that
04:03come what may, we'll keep operating like this and we'll keep neutralizing terrorists,
04:07whosoever comes in our area which is of responsibility. And not just this, you would have seen that the Delta
04:16Force with the support from White Knight Corps, from Northern Command,
04:22and from the support of each and everyone who is sitting here and who is not sitting here also, we
04:29are just representing our forces and agencies.
04:32But each one contributed that in the month of February, we have been able to eliminate six JGM terrorists.
04:41And on both the extremes of our area, one in the area of Kodampur and other in the area of
04:48Keshetwar.
04:49And together, we promise you that we will continue to do so. And to the Avan, I would like to
04:58say that
05:01So, the problems and challenges of these problems are so much
05:03and so much, we are going to give you a chance
05:06to never be able to do our own thoughts.
