TCU didn’t light up the scoreboard — they locked it down.
The Horned Frogs leaned on defense, rebounding and late-game execution to grind out a 60-54 win over West Virginia at Schollmaier Arena. TCU shot just 34% from the field, but dominated the glass 39-28 with 19 offensive rebounds and committed a season-low nine fouls to seal their 12th home win of the season.
Xaiver Edmonds continued his late surge with 14 points and a career-high 13 rebounds for his eighth double-double in the last nine games. Liutauras Lelevicius added 14 first-half points, while David Punch (12) and Brock Harding (11 & 6 assists) delivered key contributions down the stretch.
It wasn’t pretty — it was physical, disciplined and clutch.
