00:00Can you ask about Martin Odegaard, you're hoping he'll be back again.
00:05How frustrated are you that it's been a bit of a stop-start season for you?
00:09Yeah, we're missing for the biggest part of the season.
00:13The percentage of times that he's been available or not with us is far from ideal.
00:18But again, it's been part of that journey in this year
00:22to deal with a lot of injuries and a lot of important plays out like we have right now.
00:28But the team has done extremely well to maintain the level.
00:31Have you had to lift him at all?
00:33Lift Martin?
00:34Yeah.
00:35Just next to him.
00:36You know, injuries are probably the worst part of our profession
00:40and when a player has a big sequence of events
00:44and understanding Martin as well and how involved he wants to be in the team,
00:48it is tough.
00:49So, yeah, we've been very close to him.
00:50And finally, what sort of role will he play?
00:53Let's say he's even on the bench on Sunday, North London Derby.
00:57What sort of captain is he?
00:59Is he still going to be giving a speech beforehand?
01:03I know you've got some other vocal players.
01:04Just give us an insight, particularly when he's not starting.
01:08What's he like as a captain?
01:10Depends.
01:10That normally comes from them if somebody wants to say something
01:13or they have discussed with the leadership group
01:16what they really think that is going to make the difference on the day.
01:19They have absolute freedom to do that.
01:21So, if he wants to do that, more than welcome.
01:23When it comes from them, much more powerful.
01:25And finally, Phil.
01:27Hi.
01:27When there is so much noise going on in the club
01:29and so much pressure, I guess,
01:31how do you stop that becoming overwhelming?
01:34Ask yourself a question.
01:35Do you want to be part of the noise or not?
01:37You're not going to do something else, be part of another different club.
01:40You want to be Arsenal and everybody's been demanding for 10 years, 15 years.
01:44We need to go back there.
01:46Now we are there and now what?
01:47You don't want noise.
01:48Noise is part.
01:49The bullets are part of that.
01:51Try to deal with them in the right way
01:53and achieve what you are looking for.
01:55Just for the first time in terms of points,
01:58it's now in City's hands if they win all their games.
02:01Does that change the way you approach anything?
02:04Does that put more pressure on you or is it the opposite?
02:08We have to do what we have to do.
02:10And nothing is going to change for anybody.
02:11At the end, you're going to have to win the next match.
02:13And if you do that, you're going to be in a much stronger position.
02:16That's the only thing you can control.
02:18Okay, thank you very much.
