Hezbollah says Israeli strikes on eastern Lebanon on Friday have killed eight of its members

Two Hezbollah have confirmed to the Associated Press that eight of their members, including local-level officials, were killed in Friday’s Israeli attacks on the eastern Baalbek region. The IDF says the strikes eliminated members planning operations against Israel.

00:44that ten people were killed in the strikes, including three children, and a further 24 people
00:49were wounded. Doctors in the nearby Riaq hospital confirmed that they had received the bodies of
00:5510 people and were treating 21 others who had sustained injuries. Hospital officials said
01:01that two of those killed and five of the injured were foreign nationals from Syria and Ethiopia.
