00:14The bank asked to move the case to federal court in Miami and said it would seek to transfer
00:18it to New York.
00:20J.P. Morgan said Dimon was fraudulently joined and that Florida's unfair trade practices
00:25law does not apply to him.
00:26J.P. Morgan's lawyers said Trump's lawsuit fails to describe the alleged blacklist and
00:31argued it is implausible the bank could create such a list under federal regulations.
00:35Trump sued in January seeking at least five billion dollars for alleged debanking after
00:41the January 6th, 2021 capital riot.
00:44J.P. Morgan said it closed the accounts for legal and regulatory reasons and they'll seek
