00:03That was Rajkumar Mehta, the father of Yuvraj Mehta, the techie who died after his car plunged
00:08into a 30-foot deep, water-filled pit in Noida on 17th January.
00:12Now, weeks after the tragedy, he has once again made headlines.
00:16This time, not for his fight for justice, but for the viral claims on social media,
00:21suggesting that he has left India and moved to the UK.
00:24But how credible are these claims?
00:26Here's what we found.
00:27Most of the viral posts quote a report by Bharat Samachar, alleging that Yuvraj's father
00:32had lost hope in the Indian justice system.
00:34While we weren't able to independently verify the Bharat Samachar report, we did speak to
00:39Rajkumar Mehta.
00:40Yuvraj's father categorically dismissed these claims.
00:43He clarified that his visit to the UK is temporary.
00:46After Yuvraj's passing, he was alone in Noida with no immature family support to him.
00:50He has travelled to stay with his daughter so that the family can grieve together and support
00:54each other emotionally.
00:55It doesn't seem like the family was disillusioned by the Indian justice system.
00:59Yuvraj's father said he wanted to meet Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath to expedite the
01:04investigation, but added it was completed on time.
01:07The SIT report, however, is yet to be published.
01:10So here's the reality.
01:12While unverified, untrue rumours continue to circulate online, the family has not given
01:17up and hopefully Mr Rajkumar Mehta will be back in India soon.
