00:30I come from a country that 160 years ago faced extinción.
00:35We went to a war against our neighbor,
00:37and we lost 60% of our territory and 90% of the male population.
00:42So we know on our own face the hardship and all the difficulties of war.
00:49That's why Paraguay is so proud to be a founding member of the Board of Peace,
00:54and we're here to collaborate.
00:56Maybe we are not going to be the country that's going to bring them more money
01:00or there are more security forces,
01:02but I think that there's a lot that all of the countries can bring to the table
01:07to solve these issues.
01:09Paraguay, together with a handful of countries,
01:11have been supporting Israel, and we will continue to do so.
01:15But we come here with an open heart to work for peace.
01:20And today is Gaza.
01:22Tomorrow will be another conflict area in the world,
01:25but we need to solve each of all these conflicts,
01:29and I really appreciate the leadership that you have taken, President.
01:32Paraguay, stand ready to collaborate next to you.
01:36We're going to continue to support the U.S. initiative.
01:40Probably the only day that we're not going to be able to support the U.S.A.
01:44is going to be on June 12th,
01:45because Paraguay is going to be facing the U.S. in the World Cup.
01:49Thank you very much.
01:50Thank you.
