00:00I think that the opportunity set for many investors has shifted to what we call mid-cap or middle market
00:07businesses.
00:08And so in the area that we played, I think Steve and I, we did our first $1 billion transaction
00:14in 2010.
00:15So in the past nearly two decades, we've continued to do the same type of transactions in partnership in these
00:22medium-sized middle market businesses.
00:24I think investors today are seeing that there's a real opportunity in that size range.
00:31And so I think when you're trying to fundamentally transform a good business into a great company, that's something that
00:39stands the test of time.
00:40And that's what we're focused on.
