00:56If everyone will do transparent inquiry, then only we can go to a proper conclusion.

01:27there we feel Indian agencies may not do justice to the investigation.
01:32That's the reason why with CBI, CID, which is a Maharashtra agency, DGCA, which is the airline agency, along with
01:41it, some international 2-3 agencies should be brought on board.
01:45Along with this, a body should be made wherein it should consist of leader of opposition, whether from Maharashtra or
01:55central government.
01:55But in Maharashtra, there is no leader of opposition today, unfortunately.
01:59So Rahul Gandhiji can be one of them, Supriyata could be one, minister can also be part of it.
02:05But some other minister or the state minister of aviation, along with it, Ajit Dada party members can be part
02:13of it.
02:13And few ex-judges, ex-officers, such kind of.
02:17So this agency or this particular body would be the body which would see if the investigation is going in
02:26the right direction.
02:28Investigation would be done by CBI, CID and other agencies.
02:31But there has to be a parliamentary or a body which should see that the investigation goes in the right
02:38direction.
02:39So what we feel is that body should consist of all these leaders.
02:43You have set up to evidences from the previous press conference and now also you have set up evidences.
02:49And questions, will you be submitting these evidences to any of the government?
02:53Last press conference which happened, all the proof, also the presentation we have sent it to the home minister of
03:00this country,
03:01as well as aviation minister and DGCA also.
03:05This same presentation along with some documents what we have, we will be again sending it today evening or tomorrow
03:11to the rightful agencies.
03:13So what we are trying to do is we are trying to see that the investigation goes in the right
03:19direction.
03:20That is our whole intent and whatever information we get, we will be sending it to the rightful agencies.
03:26But only our request is they should act upon it, which we feel they are not acting upon it.
03:32So you have also alleged that 5 MLA's from NCB have not signed that letter, which was about to appoint
03:39Sunitra Power as the party president.
03:41See, 35 MLA's have signed and about 32 odd post holders have signed it.
03:46Why others have not signed is the issue of discussion in their own party.
03:52So one of the, or rather two of the MLA's who have signed, they told me about this particular thing
03:58and the same thing I spoke in this press conference.
04:02Why that other 5 people have not signed and why other post holders have not signed?
04:07You should look at the list, see who are those who have not signed and you should ask them why
04:13they have not signed.
04:14See, Sunitra Power leads the party, both factions will come together.

04:30we always felt someone from his family should be made the national president of that party
04:35as well as his post in the government, that is deputy CM as well as other important departments should be
04:44given to that family member.
04:45So now, except for finance, other departments have been given to Sunitra Kaki.
04:52We feel and always felt that the president ship should also go to her.
04:57So now, 35 MLAs and 32 odd post holders have recommended her name.
05:05Some of the Nita must have disclosed the name to public,
05:09but the actual people who supported that are the MLAs and the post holders.
05:15So we would congratulate Sunitra Kaki, Sunitra Vaini,
05:20when her name is finally declared and when she becomes the president of that party.
