00:00If these ballots were run through multiple times, as you've alleged, I think you said possibly up to 30,000
00:06times, definitely thousands of times being counted.
00:10When we examine the poll book and see who voted, and we count those numbers, would they then not line
00:18up with the total number of votes coming out of Detroit?
00:21Just later.
00:23The poll book is completely off.
00:27Completely off.
00:28Off by 30,000?
00:31I'd say that poll book is off by over 100,000.
00:35Where are you from?
00:36Oh, I'm from Down River.
00:37Okay.
00:38I'm here because of the 38,000 ballots that are right here at 345 a.m. that are just now
00:44sitting over there and getting counted, supposedly.
00:47Okay.
00:47And that's why I arrived.
00:49Okay.
00:50To an eye-opening of hypocrisy, let me tell you.
00:55Something I want you to see.
00:56They're taping up the windows.
00:57Security's taping up the windows so that people who are challenging cannot see in here and we can't see out.
01:10So it's an interesting development.
01:12Interesting development.
01:13I began observing the process of ballots at several counting boards.
01:18I quickly noticed that none, and I mean none, of the names were being scanned from the ballots were in
01:24the electronic poll books.
01:26All of the names that were found were found in the supplemental sheets.
01:31We know that the poll books, the electronic poll books, were updated on Sunday, November 1st.
01:36That meant that all of these new ballots had to have been brand new registered voters on Monday, November 2nd,
01:45or Tuesday, November 3rd.
01:47I found it very hard to believe that tens of thousands of people had registered in just two short days.
01:54So I began writing down the names on the ballots immediately after they were scanned by the computer poll worker.
02:00As soon as I began, I was severely obstructed by five different persons such that I could no longer continue
02:13my legal responsibility as a poll challenger.
02:15These five persons comprised of a poll worker, a supervisor, an uncredentialed person, a Democrat challenger, and one of the
02:26top leaders of the ABCB.
02:28The details can be found on my affidavit.
02:32Does anyone believe that 30,000 or 40,000 new voters were actually signed up legally in two days?
02:42And what have you seen?
02:43I've seen ballots that don't belong to anybody.
02:46They don't throw up in the voter registration.
02:49There's no name attached to them.
02:50And what are they doing with those ballots?
02:52I'm challenging them.
02:54Okay.
02:54And they're supposed to put them in a box to be evaluated.
02:59But then multiple ballots that have several different numbers, one person with different numbers.
03:09We have whole lists of them.
03:10We're writing everything down all day long.
03:12So are they improperly filled out and you're looking to disqualify them?
03:15Yes.
03:16If they're improperly filled out, if they have no name, if they don't have a home, or if the person
03:20was born in 1921 but registered to vote in 1900, that kind of doesn't make sense.
03:28But that's not on the ballot.
03:29When you vote, your ballot is just the balls and what you have on there.
03:32What are you seeing?
03:33Are you seeing people's registration forms?
03:35Yes.
03:35Yes.
03:35So on the tables, you have the ballot, and then you are able to see next to them.
03:39On a computer screen.
03:41On a computer screen whose ballot that is.
03:43Sometimes the ballot itself has no name, but the ballot is filled out.
03:47Okay.
03:47And then if you go into the registration file, you find the person that has been, I mean, was born
03:58in 1921, and it's just a lot of, there's a lot that's not right.
04:02What's wrong with being born in 1921?
04:04But registering to vote in 1900, 21 years before you were born.
04:11Only a few of the most egregious items witnessed.
04:15I was not allowed to perform my job, and from what I observed, were any of the GOP challengers in
04:21accordance with Michigan laws.
04:23We were constantly prevented from getting close enough to see what was going on with respect to the ballots.
04:30Procedures were not being properly followed when we brought these to the attention of the supervisors.
04:36Our concerns were dismissed and ignored.
04:39We observed ballots being backdated from 11-4 to 11-2, and data being entered into the computers for these
04:46mail-in ballots.
04:47Poll workers were entering ballot information from new mail-in ballots, including dates of birth of 1-1-1900,
04:54into the electronic poll books and processing those ballots for tabulation.
05:00The information was not entered, wasn't in either the electronic poll book or the paper supplement book prior to that.
05:07Dead people were voting.
05:09I sent a website to that effect, and the list that they had up to that date was 17,327
05:16randomly checked Michigan voters
05:18that were registered for voting and were above the age of 80.
05:21Every name on this list has voted in the 2020 election, check for yourself, and has also been found in
05:28one or more of the obituaries online.
05:32This is the most important election in my lifetime, and I think the most important election in the history of
05:38our republic.
05:39That poll book?
05:41Why don't you look at the registered voters on there?
05:44How many registered voters are on there?
05:47Do you even know the answer to that?
05:49No, I guess it's, I'm trying to get to the bottom of this here.
05:51Zero, zero, there's zero.
05:53So, my question then is, if the...
05:57Guess how many, wait, what about, what about how, what about the turnout rate?
06:02120%?
06:03Well, let's, let's let Representative Johnson ask his question, please.
