00:20Powering next generation warfare will require us to move faster than our adversaries.
00:25To build a system that doesn't just equip our warfighters to fight,
00:29but equips them to win at extraordinary speed.
00:33Today is a monumental step towards building that system.
00:37By supporting the industrial base and its capacity to innovate,
00:41we accelerate the delivery of resilient power to where it's needed.
00:46The advanced pilot reactor program that you're seeing today,
00:5210 small reactors will be quickly licensed, or have been licensed,
00:57through the Department of Energy. Before they sell commercial power,
01:00they'll be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
01:03But we've moved quickly to get multiple reactors critical by July 4th of this year,
01:10the 250th anniversary of our country.
01:13We went 40 or 50 years without building much in the nuclear space.
01:17And from executive orders only about 12 months ago, before July 4th of this year,
01:23we will have multiple nuclear reactors critical.
01:27That's speed. That's innovation.
01:29That's the start of a nuclear renaissance.
01:32That's the last national one.
