00:00They say I'm too much, I tell them.
00:02Get on my level!
00:05That's Val Schmerkowski flashing his abs on TikTok
00:08alongside his celebrity partner Jenna Dewan.
00:11Steamy.
00:12But another social media move has landed him in hot water
00:15with Dancing with the Stars fans.
00:17And somehow, Will Smith is involved?
00:19Don't worry, Page Six is here to break it all down.
00:22On this week's episode, Judge Carrie Ann Inaba
00:24was kind of harsh to Harry Shum Jr.
00:27and his pro partner Jenna Johnson.
00:29Specifically, she called out Johnson's choreography
00:31for having a lift, which is against the rules.
00:34Here's the move in question.
00:39And of course, fans of the show know that Val Schmerkowski
00:42and Jenna Johnson aren't just professional dancers,
00:45they're also married to each other.
00:46So get this, Val apparently defended his wife
00:49from Inaba's vicious criticism with this TikTok status.
00:53You almost saw Fresh Prince enter the ballroom last night.
00:56It seemed to be a reference to the slap heard round the world
00:58at the 2022 Oscars, when Will Smith slapped Chris Rock
01:02over a joke about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith's alopecia.
01:09Oh, wow!
01:11Wow!
01:13I still can't believe that happened.
01:16Meanwhile, over on Reddit, fans debated the meaning of Val's
01:19since-deleted Fresh Prince joke,
01:21and the majority of the peanut gallery was not on his side.
01:25We all know he's an arrogant punk,
01:26but insinuating he'd do to Carrie Ann what Will Smith did to Chris Rock
01:30is disgusting.
01:31Disgusting man!
01:32No, he's not even a man if he thinks like that.
01:35And he's gross for this,
01:36and I hope this goes viral.
01:38It leads to him getting in trouble with the producers.
01:41Damn!
01:41But what did you think?
01:43Just a joke, or was it a violent threat?
01:45And in case you missed it,
01:46here's what else went down on the dance floor this week.
01:49Based on the combination of the judges' scores and viewer votes,
01:53the couple going home is Guillermo and Whitney.
01:59Dancing with the Stars' first-ever Super Bowl night
02:01resulted in game over for one fan-favorite contestant, Guillermo.
02:06Jimmy Kimmel's sidekick and his pregnant partner, Whitney Carson,
02:10did a salsa to Bad Bunny's Titi Me Pregunto,
02:13which landed them at the bottom with a 22 out of 40.
02:17But Super Bowl night wasn't all fumbles.
02:19Julia Stiles channeled J-Lo for a hip-hop-inspired jazz routine
02:23to Jenny from the Block with her partner, Ezra Sosa.
02:27And if you thought their cherryography looked familiar,
02:30it was definitely a throwback to Stiles' 2001 movie, Save the Last Dance.
02:35The teen drama has become a cult classic over the years.
02:39Here's Stiles with her love interest, Sean Patrick Thomas,
02:41and surprise, he was cheering her on in the crowd last night.
02:45I am just over the moon to be here
02:47to watch Julia do her thing tonight at Dancing with the Stars.
02:50We had a great time doing Save the Last Dance back in the day,
02:53and she brought it all the way back here tonight.
02:55And remember, Save the Last Dance is streaming right now on Hulu
02:58and on Disney+, so make sure you check it out.
03:00You heard the man, go stream their movie.
03:03The duo's on-screen chemistry was off the charts,
03:06and they won Best Kiss at the 2001 MTV Movie Awards.
03:10And of course, they planted an extra smooch on stage at the ceremony.
03:14.
03:14.
03:14.
03:14.
03:15.
03:15.
