00:34The most powerful version yet of Europe's Ariane 6 rocket blasted off from French Guiana on Thursday, carrying with it
00:4132 satellites for Amazon Leo's broadband constellation.
00:46The Ariane 6-4, named after its four boosters, made its maiden launch from the European spaceport in Kourou.
00:53The Ariane 6 program is backed by 13 nations, all members of the European Space Agency.
01:01The flagship of Europe's rocket industry is competing in a highly competitive global market against heavyweight players, including Elon Musk's
01:09market leader SpaceX.
01:11US firm Amazon, founded by billionaire Jeff Bezos, is the main commercial partner for the Ariane 6, despite the latter
01:18being touted as a symbol of European sovereignty in the sector.
01:22With these 32 satellites, Amazon will have a total of 200 in the sky, and it aims at having over
01:313,000 in the next few years.
01:34So this is only the first out of 18 launches planned with Amazon for Ariane 6.
01:41This heavy-lift rocket has been designed to replace Ariane 5 and restore Europe's independent access to space, after several
01:51years of delays and a launch gap that has left the continent reliant on foreign providers.
02:15In the next two weeks, we will have refactored all the code in the past that was written in that
02:20product with AI as well.
02:21No human lines of code.
02:23And my guess is, and my prediction is, by the end of 26 calendar year, we'll have at least half
02:29a dozen products that will be written with AI only.
02:37Don't worry about AI taking your job, but worry about someone using AI better than you definitely taking your job.
02:42And if you don't use AI, you're definitely going to lose your job.
02:44We won't have developers at Cisco that don't use AI as a core habit within the way that they get
02:53their job done.
02:59These agents who are going to be conducting this work on our behalf need to get the background checks done
03:08just like you get a background check done for an employee.
03:10You have to protect the agent from the world of attacks, and you have to protect the world from the
03:16agent that goes rogue.
03:17And both of those things require security and safety systems that are put in place.
03:37Stars and glamour in Berlin, numerous celebrities from all over the world traveled to the German capital
03:44for the opening gala of this year's Berlinale.
03:48Despite the rain, fans stood in the cold for hours.
03:51But before the first car with movie stars arrived, German rapper Soho Bani gave a surprise performance on the red
03:59carpet.
03:59Top stars such as Neil Patrick Harris and Bella Ramsey were in attendance,
04:04as well as Oscar-winning Michelle Yeoh, who received the 2026 honorary Golden Bear for Lifetime Achievement.
04:13Germany's film industry is strongly represented this year.
04:16Among them is Lars Eidinger.
04:31Matthias Schweighöfer, meanwhile, is more thrilled by the off-screen moments.
04:35I'm just glad to meet everyone again, that everyone comes together, it's just nice.
04:40In addition to the big names in acting, several politicians also made an appearance at the opening gala
04:46and political messages were present, including expressions of support for the people of Iran and Ukraine.
04:53Nevertheless, the competition remains at the heart of the festival.
04:57The offerings range from dramatic thrillers to comedies.
05:01The 76. Berlinale is officially opened.
05:04The 22nd of February is now in a huge huge Kinosaal with many films, films, films and stars.
05:13The biggest point is the 21st of February, because there is the gold gold bear in the world.
05:20It's also exciting, both in the Kinosäen as well as in the outside.
05:24Sonja Issel from Berlin for Euronews.
05:32With their bright and colourful designs, these canned meals are quick to catch anyone's attention.
05:39MixBlick is a social enterprise that empowers women from across the globe
05:43that recently moved to the Netherlands, many of whom are refugees.
05:48Over two dozen women come here several times a week to combine their passion for cooking
05:53with courses to help with integration.
05:57It's very difficult when you're coming to Europe and to the Netherlands to participate in our society.
06:04So we learn them Dutch courses, but also many things that you need to know about the Dutch working culture.
06:14And they are really good in preparing food, so they want to work in the food sector.
06:19And that's what we are doing here.
06:20The international selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes reflects the global community MixBlick has fostered.
06:29And what you see is that if there is one woman sick, then everybody is starting to cook
06:34and bringing a lot of meals to their home and making sure that the home is clean when they are
06:40leaving.
06:40And they are really taking care of each other because they understand each other's situation.
06:47And it's not just the ladies who are here in our program, but it's also we work with a lot
06:52of volunteers who are supporting these women.
06:55And they go with them to the hospital or to the family doctor to be sure that they can understand
07:02really well what's going on.
07:05The meals in the colorful cans are not just eye-catching to look at.
07:09The choice of packaging is intentional.
07:12The tin can was chosen for its sustainable qualities.
07:16MixBlick also only sources organic and local ingredients from farmers near Rotterdam.
07:38MixBlick also in the kitchen.
07:47Now that we have almost arrived, we have a start to open the villa and then let us see everyone
07:55in a free way,
07:57according to our way in safety, organized within a logistical area,
08:03to show everyone what is happening, what is not happening from the outside, which is wonderful, absolutely wonderful.
08:28Well, every excavation is a surprise, we certainly expected part of the frescoes that were also seen on the other
08:39side,
08:40as you can see, but the surprises have been well higher, first of all for the colors that have emerged,
08:47vividly in their authenticity.
09:11Even though our efforts, even though the excavation is at work, the experts are in a very gradual way and
09:18controlled,
09:19but it is always a phase, an event that the manufatts perceive as fast and traumatic.
09:25Thank you very much.
09:30Thank you very much.
10:06I can follow you like a dog to the end of the world.
10:16And you're feeling quite right.
10:20What?
10:21Oh.
10:22Yes, I'm.
10:22It's the greatest thing about being a producer is you get to watch a film be made from the
10:28very first moment until the release and beyond and being privy to Emerald's process in every
10:34step of the way is so amazing because she's a genius and a brilliant mind that I love
10:39to work with.
10:41I love to watch her work.
10:42Yeah, I feel very lucky.
10:43It's genuinely been the greatest experience of my lifetime and actors say that a lot but
10:48I don't know, I can't believe it.
11:05Working with both Emerald and Margot was just a dream because they were so like open to
11:11how I wanted to work and really let me kind of just go ahead and follow my instincts and
11:18I think it's such a rewarding process to work with people like that, especially to women
11:22who just, we were all so on the same page.
11:39Do you want me to stop?
11:40Go on.
11:43Go on.
11:45Go on.
