00:00Following your meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu yesterday, has your thinking changed at all as it relates to these negotiations
00:07with Iran or the timeline with Iran?
00:09We have to make a deal. Otherwise, it's going to be very traumatic. Very traumatic. I don't want that to
00:15happen, but we have to make a deal.
00:17They should have made a deal the first time, and they got Midnight Hammer instead.
00:21And this will be very traumatic for Iran if they don't make a deal.
00:25Look, if they don't make a deal, then it'll be a different story.
00:29But we had a very good meeting yesterday with Bibi Netanyahu, and he understands.
00:36But it's ultimately up to me.
00:38If the deal isn't a very fair deal and a very good deal with Iran, then it's going to be,
00:44I think, a very difficult time for them in the back.
00:50I guess over the next month, something like that.
00:53Yeah, it shouldn't take – I mean, it should happen quickly.
00:55They should agree very quickly. Yeah.
00:57Why does Prime Minister Netanyahu want you to stop negotiating with Iran?
01:02He is – you're saying stop entertaining, stop talking to them?
01:07Didn't say that. We didn't discuss that.
01:09I'll talk to them as long as I like, and we'll see if we can get a deal with them.
01:13And if we can't, we'll have to go to phase two.
01:16Phase two will be very tough for them.
01:18I'm not looking for that.
01:19Now that the war is ending in Gaza and Israel, I wanted to ask, do you believe Bibi bears any
01:25responsibility for the security failures that we saw on October 7th?
01:28Well, October 7th was a rough time, and I guess everybody is responsible for what year to look.
01:33But it was a terrible attack.
01:35It was a sneak attack.
01:37It was as violent as – you know, unfortunately, I've seen some of the results at levels that probably even
01:44you – good reporter, but probably you haven't seen.
01:47It was a horrible thing that took place.
01:49People were surprised.
01:51It was a surprise attack.
01:52Nobody saw that coming.
01:53He didn't see it coming.
01:54Nobody else would have seen it coming if they were in his position, I don't believe.
01:59But I can tell you he's been a very good wartime prime minister.
02:03He's been very strong.
02:04We've worked with him very well.
02:05We had tremendous success with Iran and everything else we've done.
02:09And he really has been.
02:10He's been, you know, extraordinary as far as a wartime prime minister.
02:14Not easy.
02:16And, you know, you have a president that refuses to give him a pardon.
02:19I think that man should be ashamed of himself, a pardon over this trial that's going on.
02:25The president of Israel, the primary power he's got is the power to give pardons.
02:29And he's not, you know, he said he's given it five different times, but he doesn't want to do it
02:35because I guess he loses his power.
02:37I think the people of Israel should really shame him.
02:40He's disgraceful for not giving it.
02:43He should give it.
02:44But Bibi's been a great wartime prime minister.
02:48And I've been the best friend to Israel, I think, that they've ever had.
02:51A lot of people say beyond precedence that they've ever had.
02:54And we will continue to be us, ma'am.
02:57Thank you very much, everybody.
