00:08single largest deregulatory action in American history. That's a big statement in American
00:16history, and I think we can add the words by far. Under the process just completed by the EPA,
00:24we are officially terminating the so-called endangerment finding, a disastrous Obama-era
00:31policy that severely damaged the American auto industry and massively drove up prices for
00:37American consumers. Prices went up incredibly for a worse product. This action will eliminate over
00:45$1.3 trillion of regulatory costs and help bring car prices tumbling down dramatically.
